Role for Prospective Scotties

The digital portfolio is grounded in the idea that when a student has the opportunity to see the relationship between specific classroom experiences and theories, and her overarching educational goals, the reward is a more valuable learning experience.

The Center for Digital and Visual Literacy (CDVL):

  • Supports students and faculty with digital portfolio creation, curation and maintenance.
  • Facilitates the discernment of students’ academic artifacts and reflections that are best representative of their ASC experience.
  • Provides insight on the trends and directions of technology in education, advocating for computer hardware and software for best instructional use and classroom support.
